General provisions
1. The conditions of using the online shop JEANSSHOP.com are regulated by this document, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”.
2. The JEANSSHOP.com shop is owned by the company Jeans-Online G. Filipczak, ul. Drzymaly 13, 14-400 Paslek, NIP number: 578-156-12-03, Regon number: 170067239, entry No. in the Register of Business Activity maintained by the Mayor of Paslek: 2766/03, bank account: Bank Millennium, account number: 27 1160 2202 0000 0000 8012 2900
Ordering procedure
3. The online shop sells goods on the internet.
4. Orders are accepted only by the www.JEANSSHOP.com website. After placing an order the customer receives an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted. The order is processed after it has been placed.
5. All prices are given in PLN, Euros or Stirling in accordance with the customer’s choice. VAT is included in the prices.
6. A cash register receipt is enclosed in every parcel. If you are purchasing merchandise for a company please remember to specify in the comments section that you wish to receive a VAT invoice or send such a request to: info@JEANSSHOP.com
7. The customer can cancel an order or introduce changes to it up until the goods have been dispatched by sending the relevant information to the following address: info@JEANSSHOP.com
8. At present, all orders are delivered by the DPD courier company.
Delivery costs:
EU – the delivery cost is 10 EUR.
Delivery date
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 days. Orders within Poland are delivered within 1 - 2 days. Deliveries to other EU countries take up to 3-4 working days.
9. The following payment methods are available to customers within Poland:
- cash on delivery: the payment is collected by the courier,
- credit card: processed by the eCard and AllPay systems,
- bank transfer to the shop’s account or the PayPal or Moneybookers accounts.

10. Personal details contained in the forms are stored and processed in accordance with the user’s authorisation and Polish legal regulations, especially in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Dziennik Ustaw No. 133, item 883 as subsequently amended).
11. The shop reserves the right to change prices and the descriptions of products on offer as well as to introduce new products into the shop’s range. The product price becomes binding the moment an order is placed and it shall not be changed. The delivery cost is added to each order.
Complaints and refunds
12. Complaints.
All products available from the shop are original, new and under the manufacturer’s warranty.
The seller accepts customers’ claims if the goods were incompatible with the agreement on the day they were sold, in accordance with the regulations defined in the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer sale and amendments to the Civil Code. (Dziennik Ustaw No. 141, item 1176). Consumer goods are mobile products purchased by a natural person for purposes which are not connected with business activity.

The costs incurred by returning faulty goods are returned immediately once the parcel has been received and the claim has been examined. Faulty goods will be replaced with new undamaged goods and if this is no longer possible (e.g. if the products are out of stock), the shop will refund the buyer the sum of the price of the product or will offer other products which are available from the shop. Claims concerning mechanical damage which occurred during transportation shall be examined only if a damage report was drawn up in the presence of the courier.
13. Refunds
In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the customer has the right to return their purchase without providing any reason within ten days of receiving the parcel.
To receive a refund, the customer is obliged to return the order together with the enclosed specification and cash register receipt. The customer is obliged to submit a written declaration of withdrawal from the agreement – the Declaration.
The goods must not be used, they must have the original labels and markings and be packed safely.
The shop guarantees a refund of the amount corresponding to the price of the goods. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or by postal order sent to the address specified on the order. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
If a product is returned to be exchanged for another product or size please send us the necessary information to info@JEANSSHOP.com, enclose the specification you received and cash register receipt. You are also requested to complete the return form and enclose it in the parcel. The Form.
In regards to all matters not settled herein, the regulations of the Civil Code and the Act of 31 March 2001 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply. (Dziennik Ustaw. no. 22 item 271).
